摘要:: 社会资本与民营养老机构发展之间存在天然的契合性和内在的关联性，从社会资本理论视域来解决民营养老机构在发展过程中存在的问题，需要从政府、社会、企业三个维度来建构社会网络，培育新的社会信任机制，创新社会规范制度。通过建立健全法律法规，设计出刺激民间资本投资的激励体制，吸纳社会闲散资源，以此提升社会资本存量，促进民营养老机构发展。

Abstract:: The study analyzed the natural agreement and inner connection between social capital and the development of private pension agencies. It attempts to solve the problems in the development of private pension agencies from the perspective of social capital theory. We need to build a social network from government, society and enterprises in order to cultivate a new social trust mechanism and to innovate social systems. By completing related laws, designing incentive system which can stimulate private capital investment and gathering social idle resources, the social capital stock could be increase and the private pension agencies can be prompted.
