摘要:
发挥高职院校教学资源和行业企业产业优势，突出企业参与办学的主体作用，创新“校中厂”运行与管理机制，有效实现工学结合、产教融合，是当前高职院校迫切需要解决的问题。云南机电职业技术学院引企入校，建立了涵盖机械、电气、汽车、财税等四类专业集群的“责任共担、过程共管”的8个兼具生产与教学功能的“校中厂”，通过“项目驱动、合同约定、组织架构、分层对接、结对帮扶、制度配套”等机制的运行与管理，形成“依托行业、校厂一体、产教融合”的办学特色。
Abstract:
This paper tells that taking advantages of higher vocational colleges teaching resources and industries, focusing on the main role of outstanding enterprises to participate in the running, establishing mechanism and management innovation of “factory in school”, realizing combination of integration of production and education, which is an urgent need for higher vocational colleges to address. Yunnan Vocational College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology established 8 “factory in school” with production and teaching function, covering mechanical, electrical, automotive and taxation. Through the operation and management of a series of mechanisms, such as “project driven, contract engagement, organizational structure, layered and docking, pair support, system supporting”, formed the school characteristics with “relying on the industry, integration of factory and school, convergence of production and education”.
