摘要:
社会化公益是“从社会中来，到社会中去”的公益理念及实践，以宁波市大学生社会化公益为例，存在着校社志愿者融合低，校际差异显著，媒体整合度不高，组织化程度低等不足，选取随手公益宁波作为典型社会化公益公益组织为案例对象，综合分析得出宁波市社会化公益应该完善内部治理结构，补足人才短板，完善激励机制，优化关系资本等方面突破。
Abstract:
Social commonweal is the commonweal idea and practice of “coming from the society, going to the society”. With the socialized public welfare of Ningbo university students as an example, there are many problems such as low fusion of school volunteers, inter-school difference. Taking Ningbo which is a typical social public welfare organization as the case object, a comprehensive analysis of Ningbo social public welfare has been made. It has shown that Ningbo social commonweal requires internal governance structure improvement, talent shortcomings make-up, incentive mechanism improvement, relationship capital improvement and other improvements.
