摘要:
生态行政是构建生态型社会的必然要求，政府执行力是政府工作的核心能力，行政生态学即是运用生态学的理论和方法来研究公共行政的一门学科。以行政生态学视角，用行政生态理论分析影响政府执行力提升的因素，需从培育优良行政文化、完善体系转变职能、创新社会治理提升效能、强化绩效考核协调利益等方面入手，改善政府执行力。
Abstract:
Ecological administration is the inevitable requirement of constructing a ecological society. The government executive ability is the core of the government’s work ability. Government execution is the core competence of government work. Administrative ecology is the use of ecology theory and method to study a discipline of public administration. This article from the perspective of administrative ecology，try using the theory of administrative ecology analysis influence factor of promoting the government executive capability，and in view of the influence factor of promoting the government executive capability put forward improving strategies. From the perspective of administrative ecology, the author analyzes the factors that affect the government’s executive power from the perspective of administrative ecology. It needs to improve the government’s execution from the aspects of cultivating excellent administrative culture, perfecting the system transformation function, innovating social governance, improving performance and strengthening the performance appraisal and coordination interests.
