基于CiteSpace V的大陆地区高职学生就业力研究热点分析与发展态势-《武汉职业技术学院学报》

摘要:: 借助可视化知识图谱软件Cite Space梳理中国知网（CNKI）上2005-2017年大陆地区高职学生就业力研究文献的结果表明，研究热点呈现出“一主（就业力）二副（高职院校和高职学生）”的总体格局。研究的主题包括高职学生就业力培养探讨和就业力提升研究两个层面，呈现出由内及外、由微观解析到宏观统筹的研究演变特征。未来可以预测的研究发展态势有产教融合背景下的高职学生就业力提升、“双创”教育下高职学生就业力提升的创新路径以及“工业4.0”和“中国制造2025”技能迭代对就业力提升的挑战三个方面。

Abstract:: Using the visualization knowledge map of Cite Space combing the research literature of employability of higher vocational students in mainland China From 2005 to 2017 on Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). The results indicate that, the overall pattern of one main hot spot (employability) and two secondary hot spot (higher vocational colleges and higher vocational students). The research topics include the employability training of higher vocational students and the employability enhancement. It presents that study evolution characteristics are inside out project and micro-analysis to macro-pooling. Future research developments can be predicted including: the employability enhancement of higher vocational students under the background of Industry-education Integration, the innovation path of employability enhancement under the innovative and entrepreneurial education, and the challenge of the employability enhancement under the skill iterations that come with Germany's Industry 4. 0 and Made in China 2025.
