通过选取湖北省1999-2014年间的中等职业教育经费投入数据，从中等职业教育经费投入总量和投入结构的角度进行总体分析，并通过回归模型对教育经费投入与经济增长的关系进行相关分析，研究结果表明，中等职业教育经费投入不足以满足当前中等职业教育发展的需求，且内部资金分配不平衡，但教育经费投入与经济增长之间存在着单向因果关系。基于此，本研究提出了解决中等职业教育经费投入问题的一些政策建议。
Abstract:
This paper makes use of the data of educational fund investment for secondary vocations in Hubei province from 1999 to 2014, to first make analysis from the perspective of investment total and investment structure, and then to establish a regression model to analyze the relation between educational fund investment and economy development. The experimental result shows that the fund investment for secondary vocations education cannot satisfy the current development of secondary vocations, and the allocation of funds is unbalanced. However, there exists a one-way causal relationship between education investment and economy development. Based on this relationship, we propose some corresponding suggestions for policies to solve these issues.
