摘要:
电力电子器件的特性是电力电子器件课程的重点。在可控硅正常导通情况下,将单向可控硅控制极对地短路是实现可控硅关断的另一种方式的结论作为一个特殊的教学案例,通过实践教学中采用声光控延时开关电路原理的分析,说明了单向可控硅MCR100-6关断的特点,基于理论分析和实际电路测量数据两个方面证实了以上结论并不是实现可控硅关断的方式,此种教学方法收到良好的效果。
Abstract:
The characteristics of Power Electronic Devices course are stated in the paper. A design of controlling switch that a thyristor can be turned off through the connection of the controlling electrode and ground under normal operating is found by students on the internet. In this paper, the result is considered as a special teaching case. In training teaching, the on/off characteristics of MCR100-6 thyristor are explained based on the analysis of the principle of time delay switch circuit with sound/light controlling. According to both the theoretical analysis and the measuring data of the real circuit, the design from the internet is not an effective method to tune off thyristor. Thus, a good effect is obtained by using the teaching method.
