摘要:: 通过调查问卷分析和文献研究法，结合工作实际，从学风建设的特点出发，分析了高职院校学风建设存在的问题和影响因素，从学生工作的视角提出了落实规章制度约束学生、加强思想教育引领学生、树立榜样和典型引导学生、企业专家教育指导学生、专业教师传道解惑辅导学生、加强学生干部的管理促学风等6 大举措，以确保真正将学风建设工作落到实处。

Abstract:: Study circumstance is the reflection on whether the students are interested in learning . The education effect of a school partly depends on the study circumstance, which also affects the teaching quality, and then the school's survival and development. The characteristics of the construction of study circumstance are different in different periods. To have a definite object and obtain actual effect, so it is very important to figure out characteristics of the times and combine them into the construction of study circumstance.
