我国对旅游安全的理论研究滞后于实际需要,没有及时建立科学合理的管理系统模型,对旅游安全教育的研究尤为缺乏。基于构建旅游安全管理系统动态模型,创建了旅游安全教育"政-企-校"互动模式。研究认为:一"心"(旅游行政管理是旅游安全管理系统动态模型的核心)和一"环"(旅游安全教育)是旅游安全管理系统动态模型中的两个重要方面。

China's theoretical research on tourism safety lags behind the actual needs, particularly a lack of re—
search on tourism safety education, both of which indirectly lead to the frequent occurrence of the tourism accident. The
paper proposes an interaction mode of travel safety education concerning the three parties of government, tour enter—
prise and educational institution. It argues that a "Heart" (tourism administration) and a "Ring"(travel safety education)
are two important aspects of travel safety management system.
