摘要:: 大湘南旅游圈是区域旅游合作发展的必然要求，是大势所趋。在构建大湘南旅游圈协调联动机制时，应该以市场化和国际化为出发点，通过整合衡阳、郴州、永州三市的旅游资源，形成特色鲜明的旅游产业体系，进一步提高区域核心竞争力；要进一步细分市场，进一步完善和拓展旅游发展空间，通过协调联动，实现湘南三市旅游业的协同发展，更好地为市场主体服务。

Abstract:: The building of a Broad Southern Xiang Tourism Circle is the natural result of collaborative tourism development. The paper proposes that to establish the linkage mechanism of the tourism circle, the decision makers should take marketalization and internationalization as the starting point and integrate the tourism resources of Hengyang, Chenzhou and Yongzhou city to form a distinguished tourism industry system and improve the core competitiveness of the region; It also suggests that the market should be further segmented to create more opportunities for tourism development. They should coordinate tourism development of the three cities to provide better services for the tourists.
