摘要:

从精准扶贫的内涵、生成逻辑、地方实践模式与困境以及实现路径五个方面，详细梳理了精准扶贫已有研究文献。研究发现：现有文献对以下三个问题的研究比较匮乏：一是精准扶贫的系统性研究；二是精准扶贫效果的实证分析；三是相关法律制度建设与政策支持问题研究等。有待于进一步深化。

Abstract:

This article reviews the main points and disagreements of all aspects in the connotations, the generating logic, the patterns and difficulties of local practice and the routes targeted at poverty alleviation. It points out that previous studies show a lack of systematic researches on poverty alleviation, empirical analysis on practical effect of policy and related legislative system and political support.
