摘要:: 从浙江经贸职院的校本实践案例着手，分析创新型、服务型、学习型三型党组织建设的总体思路和实践经验。新时期的高校党建工作，必须紧紧围绕高校工作中心，在工作的开展过程中，要研究和探索建立如何让大部分师生能够亲身体会到自己的进步和成长、体会这种喜悦和获得感的工作载体、活动平台，这样他们才会积极投身于党建工作，才能建立党建工作的长效机制。

Abstract:: The paper studies the case of Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnic and summarizes their overall plan and practical experience with building creativity, service and learning oriented party organization. It argues that the undertaking of party organizations should not depart from the focus of colleges and universities. They should research and explore how to make a majority of students and teachers experience their growth and development, and sense the pleasure and achievement so that they are willing to devote to the party.
