摘要:
工匠精神是时代发展的呼唤,是现代职业素养的新要求,而当前高职人才职业素养现状不容乐观,与工匠精神相差甚远。现代学徒制作为现代职业教育改革的新举措,其不仅延续了工匠培养的形式,而且传承了“工匠精神”的内涵。现代学徒制下培养高职人才的“工匠精神”需政府出台各项政策提高工匠职业地位及职业教育的社会认同、加大产品质量相关法律法规的制定和执行,营造质量为重的社会氛围;需高职院校革新课程设计、标准化授课内容、完善教师评价机制、培养学生质量意识和匠心精神;需企业弘扬工匠文化、树立“工匠大师”榜样、设立激励机制、建立质量管理体系,提高学徒质量意识。
Abstract:
The Craftsman Spirit is the call of the development of the times, and the new requirements of the modern professional quality, but the current situation of the professional quality of higher vocational education is not optimistic and craftsmen spirit is very different. Modern apprenticeship as a new measure of the reform of modern vocational education, not only is the continuation of the form of craftsman training, but also inherited the “Craftsman Spirit”. Under the modern apprenticeship system to cultivate the talent of the “Craftsman Spirit” requires the government to introduce policies to improve the professional status of artisans and vocational education social identity, increase product quality related laws and regulations to develop and implement, and to create quality for the social atmosphere. It is necessary for enterprises to carry forward the artisan culture, establish the “artisan master” example, to set up incentive mechanism, establish quality management system, to improve apprenticeships, to improve the quality of teachers, and to improve the quality of students’ quality awareness.
