摘要:
在分析传统采编业务的基础上，论述了新时期采编业务的各种变化，同时对采编的研究性工作进行了阐述，并提出了建立资源建设部的观点。资源建设部的工作内容是全面负责图书馆的资源建设任务，除了负责购买资源以外，还要负责自建资源；除了建设资源以外，还要负责各种资源的分编业务。其中，自建资源包括编制各种二次文献、自建数据库、网络虚拟资源建设等项内容。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the traditional collection and editing business, the article expounds various changes in the collection and editing business in the new period. At the same time, it elaborates on the research work of collection and editing and puts forward the opinion of establishing the Ministry of Resources and Construction. The work of the Ministry of Resources and Construction is fully responsible for the library’s resource construction tasks, in addition to responsible for purchasing resources, but also responsible for self-built resources; in addition to building resources, but also responsible for a variety of resources division services. Among them, self-built resources include the preparation of a variety of secondary literature, self-built database, network virtual resources construction and other items.
