摘要:
“用工荒”与“就业难”问题的出现是我国人才结构性矛盾的直接反映,产业结构调整与转型升级加剧了人才的结构性矛盾。高等学校教育教学改革与人才培养模式不适应行业企业发展的需要,探索多维度“嵌入式”人才培养模式对有效解决目前出现的人才结构性矛盾具有重要意义。
Abstract:
The emergence of the problem of “employment shortage” and “employment difficulty” is a direct reflection of the structural contradictions of the talent in our country. The readjustment and transformation and upgrading of industrial structure aggravate the structural contradictions of qualified personnel. The teaching reform and personnel training mode in colleges and universities do not meet the needs of the development of industry and enterprises, and exploring the multi-dimensional “embedded” talent training mode is of great significance to effectively solve the structural conflicts currently emerging.
