Title:: According to the general vocational ability construction of university counselors

摘要:: 通过对高校学生思想教育工作的反思，运用归纳法提炼做好高校辅导员工作着重需要培养的职业能力，主要体现在学习能力、语言与文字表达能力、人际沟通能力和分析理解问题的能力。从加强高校辅导员自我磨练和不断努力的角度谈通用职业能力的培养途径，从思想先行、充分认识，查找不足、加强磨练，不断学习、总结提炼，理清思路、启发感悟等方面出发，站在学生工作所需、辅导员自身所能的实际不断提升高校辅导员通用职业能力。

Abstract:: in order to adapt to the social development and the change of the students increasingly value demand, the problem must have strong general vocational ability, and constantly improve the work skills, skilled in the use of the new communication, communication tools, the new object. Has the strong general vocational ability, is the university instructor young students ideological and political education to the prerequisite and basis, the student thought political education work to do "rational, teach by example tangible and teaches often teach square, group of teach powerful", need less the counselor said, don't speak empty truth, popular slanting reason, speak deeply truth, raise the theme of ideological and political work.
