摘要:
大力发展高等职业教育是社会发展和时代进步的要求，学生综合职业能力的培养与提高 是高职教育可持续发展的一个重要因素。文章从休闲服务管理专业综合职业能力的内涵 入手，分析了高职休闲服务管理专业建设现状和存在问题，并提出了学生综合职业能力培 养的途径和措施。
Abstract:
It is of vital importance for the development of society and times to improve the quality of higher vocational education, whereas the cultivation and improvement of comprehensive vocational ability for students is a critical factor related to the sustainable development of higher vocational education. In this paper, we present the connotation of comprehensive vocational ability and analyze the status quo and problems in terms of construction in higher vocational leisure service management major. In conclusion, we put forward the approaches and countermeasures related to comprehensive vocational ability cultivation.
