摘要:: 本文运用文献资料法和案例研究法，从现代大学生宿舍的育人职能出发，针对现阶段大学生宿舍所出现的问题进行分析后，提出了提升学生宿舍育人功能管理策略，认为：大学生宿舍不仅仅是学生休息的地方，还是大学生人生观、价值观形成、综合能力提高的重要场所，我们必须重视和把握“宿舍”的育人功能，更新管理理念，提升育人本领，打造积极向上的宿舍文化，为我校学生的健康成长打下坚实的基础。
