摘要:
通过全面分析软件行业背景与发展以及人才需求形势,深入探讨了软件技术专业课程体系的建设思路:即如何以工作过程为导向,以职业能力为核心,以体现工学结合为特点,制定适合高职教育的专业课程体系,并通过多种教学手段及教学方法改革教学模式。从校企合作体制、人才培养模式、教学资源建设、实训基地建设、师资建设、社会服务能力建设几个方面阐述了软件技术专业建设的方案和要点,最后提出专业建设及人才培养目标。
Abstract:
The paper sets out to take an overall analysis of the background and the development of software indus原 try as well as the demand on software engineering majors in job market. Then it puts forward a plan of developing a curriculum of software technology intending for vocational college students. It elaborates on how to establish the curric原 ular system based on the working process, centering on the cultivation of student's professional ability and embodying the idea of integrating apprenticeship and learning and how to reform the teaching mode with diversified teaching means and methods. The key points as to the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, personnel training mode, and the building of teaching resources, internship base, faculty and social service ability are elaborated in the plan. Finally, the paper puts forward the objectives of the curriculum development and personnel training.
