摘要:
当今世界，降低能源消耗、减少污染排放已越来越成为各国发展经济的方式。在这种大环境下，节能减排类的上市公司作为市场经济条件下独特的公司类型更发挥着不会估量的作用。文章选取四个具有代表性的节能减排类上市公司，对其盈利现状进行分析，认为总体上我国节能减排类上市公司发展良好，但存在不足之处：节能减排技术、政策和投资存在滞后效应以及资本资产结构的不合理性。针对这些问题，为更好的推动这类公司的发展，国家应建立健全法律法规，加强政府的政策扶持；同时节能减排类上市公司应该提高员工的节能减排意识，加强技术创新，优化上市公司管理结构，提高盈利能力；另外还应加强社会组织与第三方的监督作用。
Abstract:
Nowadays, reducing energy consumption and pollution emissions have become the aim of national economic growth. Listed energy saving companies play a more unique role as a new type of company under the conditions of market economy. The paper studies the profitability of four typical listed energy saving companies. It is concluded that these companies grow very well on the whole, but hysteresis in energy saving technology，policy and investment and irrational structure of capital assets are found. To solve these problems and promote the development of such companies, the paper suggests that the state should establish and improve laws and regulations; the government should strengthen the policy support, while listed energy saving companies should improve staff’s awareness of energy conservation, constantly innovate technology, optimize management structure and improve profitability; What's more, we should also strengthen the supervisory role of social organizations and third parties.
