摘要:
随着城市化的发展，城市房屋拆迁引发的问题逐渐引起人们关注。引发冲突与纠纷的原因是多方面的，拆迁过程中的各方利益分配不均衡和国家法律法规的不完善是导致城市拆迁过程中问题多发的重要因素。为了更好的发展经济和维护社会的稳定，政府要处理好在城市化进程中各方的利益分配问题，保障民众安居乐业，实现社会的稳定和谐。为此，政府要对公共利益进行正确的界定，并采取一系列的措施，减少城市拆迁纠纷事件的发生，实现利益的均衡分配和维护社会的稳定。
Abstract:
With the development of urbanization, the problems of demolition and petitions occurred frequently. There are many reasons in which uneven distribution and incomplete laws and regulations is main factor. In order to promote the development of economy and maintain social stability, the government should deal with allocation problems. Therefore, the government should explain the definition of public interests, adopt a series of measures to reduce the disputes, achieve the balance of interests distribution and maintaining social stability.
