摘要:
眼下，我国精准脱贫已进入“啃硬骨头”阶段，决不让一个少数民族及贫困地区掉队，凤凰作为国家级贫困县，发展乡村旅游“等不起、坐不住、慢不得”。鉴于此，为凤凰县“量身打造”乡村旅游发展战略，既是当前亟待解决的问题，同时又为其它民族地区乡村旅游业的发展提供有效借鉴。运用SWOT与AHP相结合的分析方法，深入分析评估凤凰县旅游产业发展状况，提出发展民族特色、加强发展意识、搭上政策便车、提升自身地位的发展路径。
Abstract:
At present, China has been out of poverty and has entered the “bite hard bone” stage. Never let a minority and poor areas fall behind. Fenghuang as a national poverty-stricken counties, it can be developed according to the principle that the development of rural tourism “can not afford, do not sit, not slow”. In view of this, it is not only an urgent problem to be solved, but also an effective reference for the development of rural tourism in other ethnic areas. This paper uses SWOT analysis method combined with AHP analysis, evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the tourism industry development in Fenghuang County, and on this basis, puts forward the strategic suggestions for the future development of the tourism industry in Fenghuang county.
