摘要:
师生关系是大学校园人际关系中最基础、最突出的一对人际关系,构建和谐的师生关系有利于学生、教师、学校的进步发展。虚拟空间是信息时代的产物,打破了原有教师与学生之间交流的时空,拓展了师生间人际互动的内容。这一重要的人际交往互动平台对当下师生人际关系的建立提供了便利,也带来了新的问题。学生应对虚拟空间中与教师的交往有合理的、客观的期待,教师也应努力调整自身适应互联网技术下对人际交往互动提出的挑战。
Abstract:
The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and most prominent pair of interpersonal relationships in university interpersonal relationships. Constructing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students is beneficial to the progress and development of students, teachers and schools. Virtual space is the product of the information age, breaking the space between the original teachers and students and expanding the content of interpersonal interaction between teachers and students. This important interactive platform for interpersonal communication has facilitated the establishment of current interpersonal relationships between teachers and students and brought about new problems as well. Students deal with teachers in virtual space with reasonable and objective expectations. Teachers should also try their best to adapt themselves to the challenge of interpersonal interaction under Internet technology.
