摘要:
我国每年都有大批在校学生到企事业等单位实习，这些学生在实习期间因工作受伤或者患疾病的问题常有发生，但由于种种原因，学生在实习期间的合法权益未能得到及时有效地保障，学校和实习单位往往也面临着高额赔偿的风险。为解决这些问题，须对现有的法律规则予以具体化，还应建立健全相关实习制度，以及通过商业保险的强制购买等方式，以此给学生、学校和实习单位相应的保障。
Abstract:
There are a large number of students to the enterprises and other units of practice in our country every year, the students in the internship period due to accidental injury or suffering from occupation disease problems often occur, but due to various reasons, the students during the internship due to work injury when the legitimate rights and interests cannot be effectively and maintain, schools and internship units often faced with the risk of high compensation. In order to solve these problems, first of all, we must make specific legislation for the existing practice norms; secondly, we should establish and perfect the relevant internship system; finally, we can give students, schools and internship units a certain guarantee through the compulsory purchase of commercial insurance.
