摘要:
连锁零售企业物流常用的运作模式有生产企业或供应商直接配送模式、连锁零售企业自营配送模式、第三方物流配送模式和共同配送模式,这四种配送模式各有特色。供应链管理对连锁零售企业有着极为重要的作用,基于供应链管理的连锁零售物流模式是一个很好的选择。
Abstract:
The paper discusses common mode which is used by most retail chain companies and the importance of logistics management to retail chains. It rises up a logistics mode for chain retail based on logistics management and mentions questions which should be considered.
