摘要:: 运用文献资料法和案例研究法，以丽岛物业班为个案，分别从校企合作冠名班的人才培养目标定位及特点入手，分析了丽岛物业冠名班的特色，并结合实际工作经历，从学生日常管理工作、校企文化创建、辅导员角色更新三个方面提出校企合作、工学结合办学模式下高职院校辅导员工作创新的理念、思路和方法。

Abstract:: This title from the school-enterprise cooperation targeting training classes and characteristics, analyzes the current school-enterprise cooperation in vocational counselor working class naming opportunities and challenges, and I brought the school-enterprise cooperation with the title of Korea Island property class practical work experience, make school-enterprise cooperation, work and study mode Vocational school counselors work of innovative concepts, ideas and methods.
