摘要:
以板栗壳为原料提取棕色素,研究了不同的溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度对提取 效果的影响,以及粗提棕色素的稳定性,结果表明:棕色素最佳提取条件为:75℃,条件下,用 1%的NaOH 提取2h,料液比为1:10,在此条件下提取率可达16.8%。棕色素稳定性试验表 明该色素在碱性条件下有较好的稳定性,在100℃范围内稳定性好,对氧化剂和还原剂有较 好的耐受性。
Abstract:
Brown pigment is extracted from Chestnut shell as raw material. The paper studies the effects on different solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and stability of the coarse brown pigment. The results showed that brown element: the best condition ;under the condition 75 益, 2 h were extracted with 1% NaOH, and solid-liquid ratio of 1:10, under the condition the extraction rate can reach 16.8%.Brown pigment stability test showed that the pigment in alkaline conditions has good stability, good stability, within the range of 100 益of oxidant and reducing agent has good tolerance.
