摘要:
目的：观察姜黄素对胰岛素抵抗（IR）大鼠糖脂代谢及血清脂肪细胞因子的影响，探讨姜黄 素干预IR的作用机制。方法：采用高脂饲料喂养，建立IR 大鼠模型。将IR大鼠随机分为 3 组：模型组、吡咯列酮组和姜黄素组。给药4 周后测定空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂、TNF-α、 Leptin 等指标。结果：模型组大鼠血清FINS、TC、TG 和LDL 水平均较空白组显著升高，而 ISI 及HDL 水平显著下降；血清TNF-α、Leptin及FFA 水平也较空白组明显升高；用姜黄 素干预后，大鼠ISI 较模型组显著升高，血脂
Abstract:
Objective: observe influence of the curcumin on insulin resistance 渊IR冤rats glucolipid metabolism and serum adipocyte, explore the mechanism of curcumin intervention to IR. Methods: use high fat feed, establish IR rat model. IR rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: model group, pyrrole ketone group and curcumin group. 4 weeks later , test indicators of fasting blood glucose, insulin, blood lipid, TNF alpha, Leptin and other. Results: the model group rats serum FINS, TC, TG and LDL levels were significantly higher in the blank group, the ISI and lower HDL levels significantly. The serum TNF alpha, Leptin and FFA levels also increased significantly in the blank group. After the intervention, with curcumin 渊ISI冤of rats significantly increased compared with model group, improved blood lipid, FINS, TNF alpha, Leptin and FFA levels were significantly decreased. Conclusion: curcumin can improve IR glucolipid metabolic disorder in rats, increase insulin sensitivity, and the mechanism to regulate fat cytokine TNF alpha, the secretion of Leptin.
