摘要:
在危机发生时的事件起因与事后处理都是社会所关注的重点，随着新媒体的发展，对于公共危机事件的发言者不再仅仅局限于官方消息和官方媒体，社交媒体作为一个特定的沟通平台，近年来使用和影响力呈级数增长，这一方式使得沟通过程变得更加民主化，这种可行且为沟通者的这些行为承担了一定的风险的方式使得社交媒体变得更加受人青睐。本文以应对公共卫生危机事件中加拿大与中国的两起事件为例，从新媒体语境切入，分析其舆论导向中的问题并以此提出对新媒体环境下对舆论管控的思考。
Abstract:
At the time of the crisis, the cause of the incident and the post-processing are the focus of the society. With the development of new media, the speakers for public crisis are no longer limited to official news and official media. Social media as a specific communication platform, in recent years, the use and influence are growing rapidly. This approach makes the communication process more democratic, this feasible and risky way to make the social media become more favored by people. In this paper, taking the two events of Canada and China in the event of public health crisis, taking the new media context, this paper analyzes the problems in public opinion and puts forward the thinking of public opinion in the new media environment.
