作为公务员培训和学习的重要载体，公务员继续教育资源的质量、数量、针对性、实用性直接决定公务员培训和学习的效果。通过对公务员继续教育资源现状的梳理，从建设主体、观念因素、建设机制等方面做了原因分析，并指出今后公务员继续教育资源发展的主要趋势。

As an important carrier of civil service training and learning, the quality, quantity, pertinence and practicability of the continuing education resources of civil servants directly determine the effectiveness of the training and learning of civil servants. Through continuing education resources status of civil servants combing, analysis the reason from the aspects of construction subject, concept, mechanism construction, and points out the main trend of the future development of continuing education resources of civil servants.
