摘要:
我国高校辅导员制度目前正向着专业化方向发展。针对浙江大学的专职辅导员和学生展开问卷调查,从思想政治教育、党团和班级建设、学业指导、日常事务管理、心理健康教育和咨询、网络思想政治教育、危机事件应对、职业规划与就业指导、理论和实践研究等9方面着手,从辅导员自身评价方面对浙江大学的辅导员职业能力现状进行评估。应当进一步提升辅导员职业能力,加强辅导员队伍建设;促进辅导员的职业分类、培训进程,加快辅导员超专业化方向发展;完善辅导员绩效评定体系,明确辅导员职业生涯规划。
Abstract:
The system of college counselors in our country is developing in the direction of specialization. For the full-time counselors and students in Zhejiang University, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey, from ideological and political education, group and class construction, academic guidance, daily affairs management, mental health education and counseling, network ideological and political education, crisis response, career planning and employment guidance, theoretical and practical research, and so on, from the counselor's own evaluation of the Zhejiang University counselors professional ability to assess the status quo. We should further enhance the counselor's professional ability to strengthen the construction of counselors, to promote the professional classification of counselors, training process, to speed up the development of counselors ultra-professional, to improve counselor performance evaluation system, and to create a clear counselor career planning.
