摘要:
随着高校教育改革以及大学校园宿舍化管理的实行,大学生非正式群体在高校的出现成为必然趋势,这给高校思想政治教育工作带来机遇的同时也带来了挑战。大学生非正式群体具有结构松散、凝聚力强及排外性等特点,对高校思想政治教育存在正面和负面的影响,也对思想政治工作提出了新的、更高的要求。
Abstract:
The informal groups arise from the educational reform in higher institutions and the dormitory regulation on campus. The paper holds that the group poses not only the challenge but also opportunities for ideological and polit— ical education in that though organized casually, they are usually cohesive and exclusive.
