摘要:
根据英语专业特点,笔者所在院系进行了专业班主任制的实践探索。本文分析了专业班主 任的含义及其对学生专业发展影响的优势地位,同时论述了专业班主任制对学生专业发 展的影响途径,最后提出要对专业班主任制度进行系统思考、整体设计,根据英语专业培 养目标、课程设置、学习任务及不同年级阶段学生对专业的认知水平, 有重点的对学生进 行专业指导。
Abstract:
According to characteristics of the English major, the English Department which the author works in tries to implement the academic tutorial system. This paper analyzes the implication of the academic tutor and the posi— tive influences on students’professional development firstly, and then discusses the ways in which academic tutors af— fect student on professional development. After systematic thinking, the author puts forward the integrated design of the academic tutorial system. That is the academic tutor is expected to give the student targeted professional guidance ac— cording to the cultivation target, students’cognitive levels, curriculum setting and learning tasks at different stages.
