摘要:

中世纪西欧的朝圣活动与城市的商业贸易有着紧密的联系,尤其朝圣与集市的兴起与发展密不可分。集市的地点、建立、制度、贸易活动都受到朝圣活动的影响,而朝圣者对城市的服务设施的建设以及城市文化的发展发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:

The paper maintains that Christian pilgrimage in medieval Western Europe was closely related to com— mercial activities especially the emergency of bazaars. On one hand, the location and establishment of the bazaars, the system and trading were all influenced by pilgrimage. On the other hand, the pilgrim took an important part in con— struction of city facilities and utilities as well as the development of urban culture.
