现行高校后勤社会化改革已经取得了令人可喜的成绩,投资渠道多元化、管理方式市场化、经营模式多样化,但也还存在法律法规支持不够、人员思想观念陈旧、学校投入依然不足、管理体制比较落后等问题。建立健全法律规章,领导教职工齐心参与,坚持改革不断创新,加强监督约束管理是推动改革深入开展的有效途径。

The socialization of college logistics has been making the encouraging progress, such as the diversifica—
tion of investment channels, the marketization of management, and the multiplication of operation modes, but there ex—
ists also such problems as inadequate support from leqislation, obsolete thoughts from staff, insufficient investment from
the colleges, and relatively backward management system, etc. The paper suggests setting up and improving the laws
and regulations, uniting leaders and staff together, persisting in reform and innovation, and strengthening supervision
and restrainting management .
