地方高职院校经管类专业建设应该以经济管理专业群的通用知识与技能为基础,构建"一专多能"的教学平台,并建立将顶岗实习提前至第四学期进行的培养模式,打造一支专业化的顶岗实习教师队伍,唯有如此,才能更加适应当地经济发展的需要。
- Abstract:

The paper puts forward that the general knowledge about economics and management and skills needed
for the occupation should be basic content to the curriculum of economics and management offered by higher polytech—
nic colleges, and accordingly, a teaching platform should also be built to implement the curriculum. Furthermore，it
suggests placement program should be offered in the fourth semester and a faculty penal tutoring the practical training
should be established. Only in this way, can the students meet the demands of serving local social development.
