摘要:
钢卷包装是冷轧生产中重要的辅助工艺技术。简要介绍了自动包装技术,并以武钢冷轧总厂某分厂包装项目为例,阐述了该技术在武钢的应用状况及其效果。通过对该技术的实际应用以及应用中所存在问题的改进,使半自动包装技术更适用于实际生产作业。
Abstract:
Coil packaging is an important auxiliary technology in the cold rolling production. This article briefly in— troduces the completely automatic packaging technology for coils. Taking the branch packaging project of cold rolling mill as an example, the application of the technology in Wuhan Iron and Steel （Group）Corp （WISCO）and its effect are specified. After the practical application of this technology and its improvements, the semi-automatic packing tech— nology is proved to be more suitable for practical production.
