摘要:: 高校辅导员压力日益凸显,尤其是女辅导员的压力问题已成为当前高校和社会各界普遍关注的问题。本文立足于马斯洛需求层次理论,通过对武汉职业技术学院女辅导员压力的个案调研分析,提出从满足生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、自尊需求以及自我实现需求等方面来调适女辅导员所面临的压力,从而提高她们的工作激情和效率。

Abstract:: There are mounting evidences that female counselors in higher vocational institutes are facing increasing amounts of working pressures, and this has become a common concern of both those institutes and the whole society. Through a thorough investigation of the working pressures faced by female counselors in Wuhan Polytechnic and by taking advantage of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this paper examines the real working situation of those counselors and suggests relieving their working pressures through the satisfaction of their physiological needs, security needs, so— cial needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs.
