中职法律教育是我国法学教育的重要组成部分,在中职学校开设《劳动法》课程有着积极的意义。传统知识授课型的教学模式已不适应时代对中职教育的要求,改革《劳动法》课程教学势在必行。以劳动关系管理员岗位与劳动法的对接为例,阐述了如何采用项目化教学模式对《劳动法》课程进行教学改革。

Legal literacy is an important part of legal education in China's secondary vocational schools. It is im原
portant to offer labor law courses in secondary vocational schools. However, traditional knowledge-based teaching mode
can not meet the requirement of vocational education. It is imperative to reform labor law teaching. This paper de原
scribes how to design the projects for labor law course with the standpoint of labor relations manager.
