摘要:
校外实训基地是高职院校实践教学体系的重要组成部分,其建设效果直接影响到高职人才培养质量。宁夏职业技术学院在校外实训基地建设中,以完善的管理体系为组织保障,以专业建设指导委员会为纽带,以校企双方技术人员和教师相互兼职为重要突破口,以高技能人才培养的科技平台为校企合作共建共融的提升结合点,以开展企业员工培训为巩固校外实训基地建设的重要利益点,以适当的投入为进一步深化校外实训基地建设的资金保障,以校企文化共融为校外实训基地内涵建设的"灵魂",以校领导联系企业制度加强校企联系,探索出了一条适合自身发展的道路。这些经验对其他高职院校校外实训基地建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Off-campus internship base is an important element of practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges. The off-campus internship program can directly affect the quality of vocational education. The paper intro原 duces the experience of Ningxia Polytechnic. It sets up a sound management system to ensure the effective operation of the base; the Curriculum Development Advisory Panel is set up as a link between the technicians in factories and en原 terprises and teachers in vocational colleges; technicians are employed as temporary teacher in vocational colleges while college teachers work with enterprises for some time; a platform for developing science and technology is built collaboratively by enterprises and vocational colleges to serve both training of skillful workers and development of en原 terprises. This mode of cooperation between enterprises and colleges gives consideration to both the interest of enter原 prises and vocational colleges. Colleges can offer training program to workers of the enterprises; fit investment guaran原 tees the further cooperation; the communication of company culture and campus culture breathes life to the internship base. It is believed that the experience can be helpful to the construction of other off-campus internship bases.
