对非圆曲线的数控加工,提出了"先算后干"宏程序的编写思路。通过具体的实例进行验证,克服了"边算边干"的宏程序在数控车削加工中,所造成的加工时间长、加工后的零件表面质量差、刀具磨损快等局限性。提高了零件的加工质量,消除了机床在加工中产生的"过切"现象。

This paper puts forward a macro program of "calculating prior to processing " for the non-circular curve
processing. The program is proved, with a specific example, to be superior to NC machining macro program of "calcu原
lating while processing" in that the proposed program is time-saving, the surface of the parts produced are better in
quality and cutting tools used in the program are more endurable. It is concluded that the application of macro program
of "calculating prior to processing" in processing can enhance the quality of parts and overcome "overcutting" in the
NC processing.
