摘要:
校训是校园文化的灵魂和学校精神的表征，是凝聚师生员工精神意志、规范师生员工行为、 影响师生员工价值取向的重要精神力量。“正则、修能、追远”校训蕴含着“公正平等的民本 思想、修德储能的理想追求、继往开来的高远志向”等丰富内涵，关乎为人、为道、为学，凝炼 了学校的人才培养目标、职教特质、办学追求和理想，呈现出植根本土文化、彰显职教特质、 透视终极性价值观等三个鲜明特色。学校应从思想政治工作、校园文化建设、校园人文环境 等三个方面加强校训的建设和践行。
Abstract:
The school motto represents campus culture and school spirit. It is also the symbol of spiritual strength that gathers the faculty and students together, regulates their behavior and influences their value orientation. "Regulari— ty, Capability and Ambition" shows such rich connotations as people-oriented thought of justness, continuous pursuit of cultivating morality and capability and lofty aspiration. The motto is related to behavior, morality and study. It stands for the objective of cultivation, the nature of vocational education and the concept of running a school. This motto fea— tures the local culture, the nature of vocational education and ultimate values. It is necessary to enhance the construc— tion and practice of school motto.
