摘要:: 近年来，随着经济实力的迅速发展，中国公民出境游人数屡创新高，中国出境旅游市场在世界范围内颇受瞩目。然而，在出境游市场繁荣的背后，一些问题也逐渐显现，其中较为严重的就是出境旅游者的不文明行为。研究从旅游心理学的角度出发，从旅游动机、旅游者个性和从众心理三个方面分析了出境游不文明行为背后的原因，并运用自我管理原理，针对旅游前、旅游中和旅游后三个阶段，进行旅游不文明行为的管理闭环设计，以期管理公民出境游行为,进而提升国家形象方面提供建议。

Abstract:: Recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the number of outbound tourist reached new highs, China's outbound tourism market attracts the whole world. However, some problems appear gradually, the more serious problem is the uncivilized behavior of outbound tourists. This article analyses the reasons of outbound uncivilized behavior from the perspectives of tourism psychology, tourism motivation, tourists individuality and conformity. Using self management, it makes a plan for three stages to control uncivilized behavior in order to manage citizens outbound travel behavior and improve the image of the country.
