摘要:
以猪心为原料提取细胞色素C，研究了不同的料液比、提取温度、pH、提取时间对提取效果的影响，结果表明：棕色素最佳提取条件为：料液比为1:2，温度为30℃,pH为4.0条件下，提取2h，，在此条件下提取率可达2.98%。
Abstract:
In this research, we use a pig’s heart as raw material to extract cytochrome C. The effects of solvents with different material and liquid ratio, extraction temperature, pH, extraction time on the extraction are studied. The results show the best extraction conditions are that the ratio of material to liquid is 1:2, temperature is 30℃,pH is 4.0, extraction time is 2h, under which the extraction rate can reach 2.98%.
