摘要:
失独老人是我国计划生育制度下的产物，这一群体面临着养老照顾、医疗照顾、精神慰藉等一系列的养老问题，如何实现这一部分群体的安享晚年成为国家关注的重要民生问题。鉴于目前我国失独老人面临的养老现状及问题，失独老人社区居家养老模式将成为解决失独老人养老问题，特别是精神照顾的重要举措，但这一养老模式的发展需要从国家社会保障制度层面和计划生育政策调整层面等多方面推动和完善。
Abstract:
The “lost alone” groups, a group of elders who lost their only child and was left alone, appear as the results of family planning system in China. They needs both physical and mental care. The paper points out that problems have arisen as to how to take care of these groups. Given the current situation in China, home-based community care will become an important approach to the problem. However, the implementation of this model demands supportive reform of the country's social security system and adjustment of family planning policy.
