摘要:
当前，学术界对综合职业能力概念的重复性研究多，而对其探索性的纵深研究少，因此有必要对相关文献进行综述，厘清综合职业能力的研究现状和结论。首先对能力进行了界定，在回顾了职业能力观演变的三个历史阶段的基础上，综述了综合职业能力的定义及分类，然后分析了综合职业能力的培养途径，最后提出综合职业能力的研究趋势。
Abstract:
Nowadays, there are many repeated researches on comprehensive competencies, while there are few exploratory researches in depth. It’s necessary to summarize the related researches and clarify the research states and conclusion. Firstly, the word competency is defined. Secondly, the definition and classification of comprehensive competencies are reviewed on the basis of three phases of competency evolution. Thirdly, approaches of fostering comprehensive competencies are introduced. Finally, research trends of comprehensive competencies are put forward.
