扬州本土文化拥有着丰富的思政教育资源，运河文化、园林文化、历史文化名人、盐商精神、工匠精神、饮食文化等都是可供高职院校思政教育利用的优秀文化资源。从高职学生的接受心理出发，发现本土文化从知、情、意、行四个方面，对提升当地高职思政教育效果有着积极的作用。
- Abstract:

The local culture of Yangzhou supplies rich resources for ideological and political education. The Grand Canal, Gardening, historical celebrities, salt merchants culture, craftsmanship, local cuisine are the outstanding cultural resources which can be used for the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Beginning with study on students' acceptance mentality, the paper argues that local culture exerts a good effect in improving the ideological and political education from the four aspects of knowledge, emotion, sense and action.
