高校学生管理作为高等教育管理领域的一个重要组成部分，其工作的顺利开展受到政策、社会、学校、家庭、高校学生自身等诸多方面的影响，现有高校学生管理工作存在着种种缺失。应以国家政策为导向，健全高校学生管理规章制度，培养高素质的学生管理队伍，加强网络信息化建设，提高管理水平，同时配合良好的家庭教育和高校学生自身管理，全方位、多层次地改进高校学生管理工作。
- Abstract:

University student management is an important part of higher education management system. It's implementation is influenced by policy, society, college, family and students themselves. The paper points out that present management has some flaw. It suggest colleges follow the guidance of state policy, improve regulation, build highly qualified faculty team, make good use of information technology, and enhame level of management. Meanwhile, family education and students' self-management also should be taken into consideration and make contribution to it.
