运用调研法和文献法，分析高职女生宿舍文化及人际关系的具体内涵，发现高职女生宿舍文化对构建人际关系产生积极影响和消极影响。高职院校构建和谐的高职女生宿舍文化及人际关系，要在物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化四个层面加强建设。
- Abstract:

By using the research method and literature analysis method, the paper analyzes the concrete connotation of female dormitory culture and interpersonal relationship in higher vocational college, and finds that the culture of female dormitory has positive impact and negative influence on the construction of interpersonal relationship. In order to construct harmonious higher vocational college female dormitory culture and interpersonal relationships, the material culture, system culture, behavior culture and spiritual culture should be strengthened.
