摘要:: 随着旅游新常态的推进，旅行社行业企业面临的环境发生巨大变化，高职院校旅行社经营管理专业应该抓住机遇，结合创新创业教育的一般规律和专业特点，构建“课程搭建，平台孵化，控制耦合，校企共育”的创新创业教育模式，将创新创业精神和意识培养、创新创业能力提升、旅行社经营环境认知、创新创业模拟实践等创新创业教育，贯穿于专业人才培养的全过程，培养创新创业型高技能人才。

Abstract:: With the development of the new normal tourism, the environment of the travel agency industry and enterprise has greatly changed. The professional management of the travel agency in vocational colleges should seize the opportunity and combine the general rules and professional characteristics of the innovation and entrepreneurship education to construct “curriculum construction; platform incubation; control coupling, school-enterprise co-education” innovation and entrepreneurship education model. The higher vocational colleges should apply innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and awareness training, innovation and entrepreneurship, tourism business environment awareness, innovation and entrepreneurship practice and other innovation and entrepreneurship education in the whole process of professional training to cultivate innovative entrepreneurial high-skilled personnel.
